• The packing slip and the authorization number must accompany your exchange. No exchange will be accepted for products that have been used and/or damaged.
• The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs and the risks of damage or loss during transportation for products exchanged, except in the case of defective products.
• Products are inspected upon receipt.
• Exchange are based on the price paid at the time of purchase.

• At any time, Earth Made Design reserves the right to refuse an exchange. We will not accept any exchange on products marked as final sale, overstock or discontinued.
