• All sales are final.
• Deposits are nonrefundable.
• Exchanged products must be in their original packaging and everything must be intact.
• The packing slip and the authorization number must accompany your exchange. No exchange will be accepted for products that have been used and/or damaged.
• The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs and the risks of damage or loss during transportation for products exchanged, except in the case of defective products.
• Products are inspected upon receipt.
• Exchange are based on the price paid at the time of purchase.
• Exchange may take up to 45 days to process.
• At any time, Earth Made Design reserves the right to refuse an exchange. We will not accept any exchange on products marked as final sale, overstock or discontinued.

These tiles come in sizes from 1x1 inches to 2x4 inches and are approximately 3/8 of an inch thick.
